    雕刻機出現錯位怎么辦?

      雕刻機在雕刻過程中出現各種錯位缺點,如左右錯位、上下錯位、x軸錯位、z軸錯位等等,終究是什么緣由致使雕刻機出現錯位表象呢?

      1.檢查雕刻軟件的途徑正確與否;

      2.檢查絲桿的空地巨細及光桿的緊固螺絲有沒有松動;

      3.檢查軟件參數的設置正確與否。

      4.檢查地線是不是接好

      5.電腦是不是有病毒或許與其他不兼容或許煩擾,一般主張無須品牌機簡略拼裝機箱即可

      6.水冷主軸電機前上方的聯軸器是不是松動損壞可檢查用手擰緊或許替換

      7.雕刻機橫梁上到機器控制箱聯接拖鏈的線是不是有接觸不良
